Planned and managed direct marketing and telemarketing activities for the car leasing company (then a subsidiary of ABN Amro Holding NV). That involved managing and analyzing a new database system used by the company’s sales team, as well as initiating direct marketing campaigns such as direct mailings to clients and prospects, from selecting the target groups to briefing the external telemarketing bureau and coordinating the follow-up for those activities with the internal sales team.
